Abstract In this paper, CuO nanostructures with nanometer roughness were firstly prepared by electrochemical anodic oxidation method, and then CuO/Ag composite magnetron sputtering method on the surface of substrate. The successful deposition Ag films was confirmed XRD, UV-Vis SEM. addition, effects different time substrate morphology SERS properties studied. Due to many gaps between rough nanomorphology, has “hot spots” adsorption sites, which can effectively improve performance We selected R6G dye molecule as probe evaluate final experimental results show that preparation nanostructure is simple, it significant improvement. substrate’s detection limit for even reach 10 -11 M.
